Welcome to our new set of The Chef and The Dietitian. Chef AJ and I will show you how to make a three-ingredient recipe including fennel (tastes like licorice, texture like celery, and high in flavonoids, vitamin C, and fiber), dates, and lemon juice. Easy and unique, this is something you can whip up in minutes and serve as an appetizer, side dish, or even a dessert. Enjoy!

Can hardly wait to try this out -- you ladies are awesome! (I've already made the Thai noodles 4 times.) But if this is #34 and Hockey Pucks were #32, where is #33?
got that wrong... should have said Thai Noodles were 31 and Hockey Pucks 33, so where's 32? (I'm keeping track of all of them!)
Hi Girls! I just made this to serve at my Shabbat dinner tomorrow night, so I tasted it . . . OUTSTANDING!
I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
