The Chef and The Dietitian - Episode 50 - House Dressing

This is literally my favorite dressing and I could eat this on everything. It is oil-free and flavor-filled...and what a perfect excuse to eat more salad!!! Watch how quickly Chef AJ and I whip up this delectable dressing!

I'd like to try this dressing, but I noticed that the written version has tamari in it and the chef didn't put tamari in hers in the video. Did she forget it or is it just as good without it?

No excuses needed to eat more greens...but I will make an exception!!! :)

Simple, quick to concoct and I certainly understand why it is your favorite dressing.

Thank you for the video.

Lori, YES! We forgot the tahini! Very perceptive! Wise Women, we don't have an extra microphone...we are working on that for next time! Thank you, Mad Swede!

Looks great! I've had trouble finding tahini lately that doesn't have unwanted additives, so have taken to grinding up some raw sesame seeds, which are easier for me to find. So far has worked great. Going to try this tonight! Thanks, girls...as ever, your work is so appreciated.

Any suggestions for a vinegar free substitute for the stone-ground mustard? Thanks for sharing

Someone mentioned a recipe, where can I find a recipe for the Episode 50 dressing to print? Love the videos, but don't want to write it all down while watching the video. Thanks.

My husband and I have been eating this ever since you posted it. We are hooked, HELP. I need a new addiction :). I use it on salads, as a veggie dip, on potatoes, sandwiches, wraps, etc... Thank you for sharing.
